No, because major marketplace online players have a payment gate way through which the buyers pay, website aggregator collects the payment and releases it to the sellers after some conditions are met. We Don’t have a payment gateway in our website. It is just linking the buyer and seller.
No, because major marketplace online players do not permit seller contact details to be displayed on their website. We display full seller contact details on our website.
No, because we do not collect % of commission on sale value between the seller and buyer. Instead, we collect seller subscription fee from the seller only.
2. What is the purpose of our website ecommerce solution?
The purpose of the localized ecommerce website is to benefit and ease of doing business for local buyers and sellers.
The website is intended to drive more business to the sellers, either through online orders or through their brick-and-mortar store Walkins from local customers.
Citizens of that town / city will also benefit by having ease of viewing and placing order of the products sold in their town / city, all under one website.
The website also serves as a local market catalogue of most products sold in that town/city, along with price and seller details.
3. Why we do not have a payment gateway integration in our website?
When order is placed by the seller, the seller and buyer will get an email and SMS update. Payment by the buyer to the seller has to be made offline only.
Deal is closed by mutually agreed upon terms or broken on disagreement, well before the product is dispatched or the payment is made.
This type of operation minimizes legal disputes between the buyer and seller.
This feature also minimizes product returns and non-acceptance by buyers because the deal is closed offline through phone or in person, on mutual acceptance between the buyer and seller.
4. Do we have franchisees or tie-up?
No, we do not have franchisees or tie-up with and individual or business organizations.
5. Why our websites incorporate highest of business ethics?
Prices of some categories are hidden. Those category products which are very competitive in price and may have thin profit margins, like Mobile phone and computers are hidden.
This is also done, so as not to start a price war amongst local retailers.
Only agents are allowed to sell in the used two-wheeler, used four-wheeler and real estate segment. This is in support of local small business.
In support of small business, we have included small grocery shops, plumbing spares outlet, foot wear outlets etc. in the services category at a very low subscription fee.
6. Do we have B2B solutions too in our website?
No, we have not incorporated any B2B features in our website.
7. Can the sellers pay the subscription fee on monthly basis?
No. Sellers are requested to pay their subscription fee on annual basis only.
Subscription fee shown on this website is exclusive of 18% GST.
